4 chambered bottle

This is a link to an unusual bottle for auction at goodwill. It has 4 chambers, I'm thinking possibly medical or distilling uses. Can anyone identify it?

Here's the rest of the story:

It is a Bols liqueurs bottle hand blown in the 1840's. Thanks everyone for looking.
