This pass weekend I conducted a total of 6 hunts, 1 demo and 5 playgrounds. I spent on the average about an hour at each. I managed 4 gold, 2 dog license tags dated 1916 (from the demo), 2 new dollar coins and a Sac dollar coin in the same spot and a cool foreign coin spill.

Super Nice Finds!!!!!!!! here's the oldest dog license I've ever found I found it last spring about 3 feet away from my only sterling silver spoon at a road construction site in a town about 25 miles from here

That is a nice assortment. I always like to bring home old coins, but it's even better if you can bring a few relics with you.

Great post Ant.. as usual you continue to out do yourself..Super gold and coins as well as a lot of trash. You cleaned up that day...

Keep safe...

Good show Ant!

You had a better hunt than I did in Long Beach this past weekend. Love the 1916 dog tags. Were they taken from a local demo site in your area? The gold rocks as well.

Ant I just wanted to say please keep posting! Your hunting abilities are quite obvious, you post some of my favorite finds/hunts! ;) Keep up the great work! :)

What a superb haul for a weekend! Four pieces of gold is nothing to shake a stick at...Must have been quite an area...Maybe one that will produce more of that gold for you!
Or silver maybe!

I am to sore and sun burned from yesterday's hunt...but if a picture like this does not inspire you to get off your butt and hunt....you may not make it out to much this year!

Tremendous outings and along with the gold and silver you found some really interesting junque and crape'! :D M :o nty

Wow, thanks everyone.

Hi Squared.
The 5th photo is of the demo that I found the dog tags at. It had a stone foundation. I think the site might have originally been a hunting club and latter a homestead. This site still has lots of potential as I have not hunted the area that might hold the coins or jewelry.

Look's like you were busy Ant...I'm suprised there wasn't a kitchen sink in there.Congrat's on the Gold(4x)...Very nice dig's and alot of work...Very deserving.HH!!
