If you look hard enough it should say 1847 Rogers Bro XII looking at the zoom in I think I can make out where the 1847 was.
1847 is a brand name of Rogers Brothers, now a part of International Silver. The 1847 brand is still being produced today. In the late 1800s the International Silver company started producing the Rogers trademark. Your spoon dates sometime from the 1890s-1930s but probably more into the 1930s time range.
The original 1847-1850s markings would have a * Rogers & Bro A-1
