Quarry Hill park has been brush hogged on the east side and is a little better for detecting if you can stand all the small brush sticking up 4 to 6 inches.
I got out there for a three hour hunt and dug 4 wheat cents 1918,1920, and two 1936 and the last coin out was 1917 mercury dime. The wheat cents are in bad condition. coins 002.webpcoins 003.webpcoins 001.webp

Good hunt, Roger... You must know that park better than anyone else by now :)

Nice finds roger. Clean that park out and then find the old stuff!!

Very nice, can't complain about the condition of the Wheaties, especially since they are guarding all that silver for ya! :laughing7:

Nice finds rodger.

Thanks everyone . This park is 350 acres and a lot of it is hard going . I've been going out there for 5 1/2 years now and had a few good finds. I haven't covered all of it yet .

Sweet finds! That has to be tough swinging in that stubble!

Yes it's tough swinging and you got to be careful not to trip and fall on it.
