A little more info

Wilmington & Philadelphia Traction Company: The W&PTC operated a system serving Wilmington, Chester, and even reaching Philadelphia by 1899. Overall it was the state's largest streetcar operation. It also controlled small streetcar systems serving Stanton, Delaware City, and New Castle. It remain in operation until around the mid-1930s when services were finally replaced by buses.

They changed the name in 1927 so that's the newest it could be. You just never know what you're walking on
 
All nice finds bud. That US general service button looks like a pewter general service button c.1812, but you probably knew that;)

Nice finds Art, it was nice out there today, going to be dam near 70 Sunday, I'll be in short sleeves thinking about ya. 5 hrs would put a hurting on me.
