5 nice one's today!

Hey all,
I hunted for about 8 hours today and man am I tired. I found all these points in the same creek, and they came from the same creek as the big Creasant Quarry knife I found awhile back. Thanks for looking and Happy Hunting.

Nice finds my question is.Does that creek have any regular rock in it or is it just all arrowheads

Looks like a little bird point at the end there,love them birdpoints.....Its about -4 right now with wind chills cold enough to make an ice-cube shiver.The only down side I can see living in Maine is the fact that spring dont come till may.If I keep looking at these posts Im gonna have to pay an unexpected visit to my buddy in tennessee.Never been there but where it sets it has to be loaded with artifacts.Thanks for the pics.....

I'm with JB, going to AZ in april, can't wait for spring to show up.

I'd be camping at that creek, wouldn't be able to leave. You have some awesome finds, I love the way you take the pic of it in the water before you pick it up, I'm always looking to see if ou missed one. With eyes like yours you'd never miss one!

Any ideas where I could hunt in Pheonix area?

Wow! You've got to be kidding. Nice finds & pics. It reminds me of spotting a gold ring in the rocks after fanning away the sand while water detecting off Miami Beach. Any chance the creeks around of B'ham, Al would produce some points? I'd be happy with finding just one! Nice post.

Hey Thanks Everyone! I hunt real hard compared to some of my fellow creek hunters and I think that's why I find some of the points I do. The last one I didn't think was anything and was playing with it in the water. I picked it up and then knew it was a point, so thats why no in-situ. I had no more roomin my pockets so I stuck it between my cheek and gum and forgot about it. LOL! Artifacts are everywhere you can imagine! Just keep looking and you will find one. It take alot of patients and practice. Good luck to all of you and Happy Hunting!

You're going to have to hit me up with that creek hunting. I love those points with nice length that are flawless. I don't get them much in the field.

?? Anywhere from there to the Mississippi was my old stomping grounds.Any creek was loaded.But being from Ill. you are well aware.Wish I was there especially since its -6 here.Have a great day.
