This Sounds Like a Spanish Scam,
But Unless the Guy is Extremely Dimwitted Beyond Belief
Eastern state is only about 63 mile South of Pen Argyl as the Crow Flies.
Seems too Close To be asking for someone to try getting anyone to send him Money from western Union
without allot of research.
my opinion, any chests of francs that could actually exist in pa yet Would Probably Be in the NW PA Area
near the French Forts
& There since the French & Indian War. He can't be that old
so I'll give it one in a Million Chance he was Legit
and post it for a laugh no one will look for
of course he may have been reincarnated as coleman
and it doesn't say he asked for any advance.
