7/12/25 finds

[Hellbilly]

Kirk, 2 Kirk preforms and a 4" Hamiliton. The Kirk and Kirk preforms could be called a mini cashe. All 3 made from same material and found inches from each other. The Hamiliton had a very hard life.

Great finds. That Hamilton looks like some Thonto's I found in Pasco County.

Is it pottery? I believe mine could be but hard to say with the creek stain. Mine is very lite in weight.

I think you are right. After looking at it better I see it. Thonto didnt cross my mind. So few have been found at that site and a lot of Hamilitons. I did find a cashe of 5. Let me know what you think if i have miss typed them. Here are 3 of the 5

None of those are Thonto's but they are very nice finds. I've found very few Hamiltons back when I was doing a lot of searching, but I like them. I'm not asking for your honey hole, but what area of Florida are you in?

NC Fla. Those where found in levy county between Bronson and Chiefland
