very cool finds! that is a large clip indeed!

wow nice clip and IHP, congrats on the KGV too! I would guestimate the IHP to be from the 1880-1890's from a distance, not close up photo, but based off the picture I can definately make out "190x", possibly 1901.(which it was, I typed this before reading the caption).
I personally would not clean the IHP, if you already did, I would not clean it no more.

Hope you have more scores like this to post, any wheats in this batch?

Update: The only wheat found in that box was 1944 P,
also only 7 pre 1960 Canadian,
2 British pennies from 2000s
and 1 cent from Trinidad and Tobago
IH, KGV and the clip saved the situation!

Nice score, I was wondering, how many Newfoundland coins have you found? I myself have found a penny down here, but I haven't seen you find any.

I think they are pretty rare to find. I have two Newfie's I bought, a cent and a half

I have found 2 coins from Newfoundland.

For the record, I have a 1943 1 cent. I'm really surprised I don't see more found even with low mintages, good luck everyone

I don't want to acquire the Newfoundland coins through buying. CRH is the way to go. Not that I don't want to spend money, but its complete different when you find the coin like metal detecting or CRH than buying a coin. It doesn't feel natural.

I share that sentiment entirely, I keep CRH finds and my coin collection 100% separate. In terms of time, I could have worked minimum wage and bought all the coins I found and then some, but the real treat was finding them

Oh come on, you've already found your second indian and I have yet to find my first. Sure it is fun finding lots of wheats, George VI, and a nice amount of George V but I really want to find an indian and I'm having no luck. Although I am envious of your luck I must congratulate you on some very nice finds.

Nice finds - I have to comment on the IH; looks like it may have spent some time in the earth, as I have dug countless IH's that have corrosion like that one. If you decide to clean, I recommend electrolysis, or an olive oil soak. Olive oil is acidic though, and should be neutralized before the coin is stored.

Congrats on the IH! Its amazing that you are finding these in Canada, while many of us here in the US have yet to find any. Have you guys found any 2012 Canadian pennys yet?

Thanks for kind words guys. You inspire me to post more often.
Yes, I got some 2012 pennies, but have yet to get some mint rolls. Something like 10 rolls would be enough.
I wouldn't like to clean that IH, I used some soap water and I think this is enough, the Grade is about G-5.
Canadian Guy, keep hunting and look out for collection dumps. This way, I'm sure you will get your IH in some time soon. You've got more King George V's pennies though.
