7ft X 7ft Footprint in Stone (in River Bed)

Went looking for arrows and found this quite amazing site. I had to block off some of the water upstream to get a better look. Going to try to get an expert from University to come check it out. Certainly has all features including arch on left side of right foot. Clear indentations between toes (claws I am calling them). Video plus two photos - one photo I outlined whole thing in sticks for better viewing. Other photo is upclose of the "V" between toes. If it's not a footprint it's many random things coming together that sure looks like one...I didn't measure it, but my estimate of 7ft by 7th (widest point toe to toe) is close. Any thoughts?

I have collected dinosaur prints in the past and I don't see a print there. Not to mention the size of the track I don't know of any dinosaurs large enough to make it. Depending upon where you are located it may be difficult to find someone to come; let alone ID it ...one way or another.
