I dug this wrench rhis weekl at an old cellar site in Nova Scotia. Cleaned it up and got things moving but it is hard to make out the stamp. It looks like a B & O railroad wrench to me. Any thoughts?

It's 'B&C' which is Bemis & Call of Springfield, Massachusetts, founded circa 1840. Often referred to as 'railroad wrenches', they were multi-purpose, notably including for use in tractor maintenance.

Great ID! I've seen similar ones in old tool boxes. It's an old wrench design that seems to have died. I can understand why - it was usually awkward to use with that bent handle.
