I was able to get in a full 8 hour hunt with the exception of feeding the parking meter and myself.
I didn't find much for the first three hours but I managed to record a jellyfish beep.
Then this shallow one scoop 14K Italy chain showed up
Then about two hours later I got a very faint tone that got louder after each scoop, it was deep.
And then I thought I had another chain because I kept missing it then this Euro stamped 585 ring = 14K US showed up in the scoop,
A couple was approaching in the distance (any luck today/) so I quickly clipped it on my ring clasp and proceeded to say no just pull tabs and trash.
They had just checked in and were going for a swim before lunch and they asked about a good place to go for dinner on there first night.
When they were leaving the guy asks is that gold ring real? Oh that I found it about 15 years ago and carry it for good luck. Yes I lied but it was a white lie
The little ring with diamonds showed up later and I freaked out only to find out when I got home that it was costume jewelry.
