Out testing to see how far I could get with just jeans and a t-shirt on under the drysuit in 60F + degrees waters. Scored a sweet Black Hills gold ring (with in ten minutes of hitting the water), over the years I have dug several but they are rare on the east coast. All I 've dug had a leafy design on them using variegated golds. Two hour hunt,............ I was chilly at first but the body adjusted then after two I was getting chilly again.. air temp was 83 so did not take long to warm up once out of the water.
Full video showing the settings and how smooth it runs (SUBMERGED) with HOT settings then fast forwarded to digging the gold ring. 3 minutes long, gold ring dug at 2 mins and 52 seconds. It can get noisy when the scoop is near or when water is splashing the coil connector, but in the water running full settings it purrs like a baby if you understand how to swing it.
