Hopefully that knife was used by someone on the pier cutting bait and they dropped it over...I don't like thinking someone was carrying a steak knife in the waistband of their swimsuit...some strange finds come out of the water.

Yeah, I'm guessing it was just tossed into the water. Strange things indeed
