925 Thailand face hallmark (who is it?)

haha, two days ago Beachkid asked me if I knew who this designer was. Today I got a pair of earrings and a ring with the same hallmark. So who is behind this mysterious face?




Very well made and looks to be high end. The ring has white topaz that is cut like diamonds.
