Well the old abandoned Boy Scout camp (1920-1940) keeps on producing, and yesterday was a banner day. I've been hitting this camp regularly since 1998 and I get surprises everytime I head up there.
We got 2 to 3 inches of rain over the weekend which helped alot. Ground was moist and damp which produced alot of good targets.
OK, tied my silver record with 5 in one day, a Liberty Head (V-Nickel), 3 old Indians and 3 old Wheaties. I knew it was gonna be a good day when 3 old Indians came out of the same hole about 5 - 6 inches deep, and they are old ones, good shape too.
OK, enough blabbing, here is what I dug yesterday.......
1901 Barber Quarter
1899-O, 1912 Barber Dimes
1917, 1940 Mercury Dimes
1912 Liberty Head V-Nickel
1867, 1871, 1875 Indianhead Cents
1911, 1914, 1918 Wheat Cents
Thanks for looking..........Rich
