a bit of silver today.........'51 Washinton quarter
Hi
,
Windy and somewhat cold mid- morning, but I triple 'T'd , double gloved, donned a warm hat, and then off to beach for a couple of hours of brisk detecting.
Tide was coming in , so the hunting was on wet sand slope, and dry "bare bones" areas of upper beach.
Managed some clads, fishing lures, and a 1951 quarter ( no mint mark); ( good condition considering the salty conditions that it was sleeping in) from between the rocks near the shoreline ( love those rocks!)
Back tomorrow ....or so I'm planning.
