Ive been sorting my dug stuff over the last 5 years in hopes to down size and clean up, but i'm always afraid to throw stuff to the scrap bin unless i know what it is... have a try. For size reference, the nickel plated ball is about 1.5" diameter.... maybe that's an old fashion fountain/ beer tap valve?

I was thinking the one on the left with the rings is a toilet paper holder, but I'm not sure with the hole in it.
Top right looks like a "lift-a-dot" attachment.
Bottom right looks like a lens for a sight glass.

Even less sure on the rest...

next to the toilet paper holder is a protective window for a carpenters level.
