A button I thought was a coin

I found this old button at a new site I just got permission to hunt on .The conditions were awful today ,hot ,and dry rock solid ground .Im gonna wait til It rains some before I go out .
On the back of the button in embossed letters it reads ... superior gold color .

Thats smart, digging in the dry ground you don't wanna have all those dead spots if it is that dry. Nice find!!!
