Went out this AM and scored a 1807 large cent, two IH's 1900 and 1875, a thimble and a button and the other stuff. I have been hitting this place for a while and have found a lot of old things there. This is my fourth copper from this site.

Man, that's a pretty nice find. I can't wait until I find coins that old. I'll bet that gets your blood pumping.

very nice large cent. the button kinda looks like silver (?)

Congrats on the LC, IHs and Relics!

that LC looks like it will clean up very nicely...of course, i love IHs.

Nice finds :)

I posted the button on the what is it forum. I was told the button is fromeric the late 1700's to to early 1800's. It is not silver.

:occasion14: Thats a nice penny.Ihaven't found one of those yet but hope to.

I found a 1907 large cent this morning too..not as pretty as yours though..congrats

Nice finds! I believe your "button" is actually a 1760 - 1780 cufflink due to it's octagonal shape.

that one pic of the pennys and the large cent show how much our money has shrunk...really nice find HH

Nice finds! Your coppers come out in the same condition as mine I see!
