Copper cones and bead. So cool, congrats! WTG!

Very nice finds!

Missed this one some how. The pottery is Mississippian period and very nice rim sections. 500 yrs B.P. in my area.
Frame of points are mixed time periods. Nice collection

Newbie here!? These are beautiful. Can you please tell me what is the item in the 2nd picture at bottom to the left of the sherd? Is it a tool? Looks beautifully carved from the photo. Looks like a small frog effigy. Very nice collection. Thanks.

"A couple of good finds", I'd say so, looks like you found a good spot. Quite a variety of relics you've found there. Not sure what everything is, maybe you could elaborate on some of the trade pieces. The rolled copper awls, the bead, the chert pieces, and ceramic shards are obvious. Some nice design on some of the pottery pieces by the way. If I knew back in the days when I found large shards like that, what I know now I'd have done some serious probing. A hole pot of one of those examples would be way cool!
What's the black thing your holding, looks like a Deer toe bone ( Phalanges ), but can't tell for sure.
Also, why is your post marked "solved", I don't see any question(s)?
Again, nice finds!

The thing that looks like bone is a pottery piece. I guess it's an effigy of some sort
