Hi All,

I dug these three items today. I have no clue what anyone of them might be. I figured I would post them in the same post. Oh the second find is very pliable like a pull tab would be. I thank you for any help that you may be able to give.

2nd is a cigar band...3rd looks like castanets maybe. Dunno the 1st sorry.

Edit: Forget castanets..dunno what i was thinking there lol. Shape probably.

The last one looks like the broken off ends of some kind of flatware.

I dont know the size of the last item but it looks like 2 halves of a powder flask.

I took some pics of a tape measure next to the third item Bigcypresshunter. Both sides measure 6 inches in length.

No, I was referring to pic 001 (funny earing)


...but thats a good example of the many broken powder flasks that are found.

Cricketers (sportsmans) "box" was my first thought too lol.

Agreed, powder flasks. Smaller ones were often for priming powder to prime the pan, which was different than the rifle powder. Sometimes for boot pistols or derringers.

Those are some ugly earrings or whatever they are. I have seen them before; I think maybe here at TN. Look closely for any markings.
