A day of Relics and silver

Got out for a couple of hours at a nearby cellar...
All relics today no coins.
A silver plated cig case complete..

An early silver ring and a early brooch i think anyway..

Ya know i didnt know it had a big stone on the top until i got home

The stone could still be in the hole...Its actually a large oval stone that fits.I might have to sift that general area now

I thought mine had a hallmark inside, somewhere around 1900 I think

Going by the size of the setting area, I wouldn't be suprised if it was a signet ring. The setting could be a variety of stone types carved into a family herald for wax sealing letters. Just a guess though.
