A Decent Copper and a Silver!

[romeo-1]

I got back out to the site I found the key date silver last weekend for another crack. Last time out my group found several coppers but they were pretty much toasted. Today I managed a decent Trade and Navigation token with a nice patina and lots of detail. On the way out I scored the silver thimble...a first for me!

Very nice finds. Looks like that copper got hit by the plow at some point... obviously not a recent scratch... the patina is the same all the way through it.

You can't seem to stay away from the silver, another group of good finds!

Any hunt with any silver is a success to me! Tomorrow is going to be a good day I hope...all new sites!
