Looks like the grass is starting to get a little too tall, so this might be my last trip to this area until next winter.
Ended up with one fired and possibly chewed bullet, a complete skeleton key, and what I think might be the tip to a scabbard.
The brass tip has a little weight to it, and looks to be filled with lead. What do yall think?

Bonepicker, Congrat's to you on some nice finds. The brass tip could possibly be either a scabbard tip or a finial off a cap box or cartridge box. By the way the pic. shows the end of this piece, I'm sorta thinking a finial, in the way the rivet looking piece would attach this piece to the leather on the inside of the box. I'm sure that others will join in here. Good find either way.

Nice Digs .
I'd take those finds any day.

I'm not sure about the "Tip" to comment either way.
Thanks for posting.
