A few finds from today........

After the rain last night and some of today I was able to get out and do a little detecting......app. 1 to 2 hours. I have studied and borrowed different set ups of other detectorist to continue on my education of the minelab explorer......and things are looking up. The stirrup through me for a loop as it sounded off as high silver but I was still pleased with the out come at about 6". The braclet thingy looks to be copper but the patina would not clean off so it makes me wonder. Still looking on my grand dad's old property.....thanks all for helping out....gregd573. Oh yea, and the metal tag is from maybe a cresoted railroad tie or something, but it sure looked like a coin a first.....got a little rush for a second or two.

The horse sturup is a nice find, Did I spell that right? ....I have found a few and most of the time their rusted into pieces.....Nice finds!
