Spent some time in Culpeper in the last month and snagged a 4 Ring Ringtail Sharps, a 3pc Shaler, and finally a first, the 58cal French minie(Triangle base). The locket looks almost identical to another I found in a Brandy camp, just smaller, wish the pic in it was preserved. The Rhode Island coat is fresh out the ground from yesterdays hunt, these Rhode Islands hold up well, but I've never had button coming out the ground looking like that one. Thanks for looking.

Nice bullets Dave. I dug a few of those triangle base 3 ringers in my sister's old neighborhood in Alexandria. I have always wanted to dig a Rhode Island button. I love the motif. Yours is a beauty.

Lucky dog I have only dug one triangle base and it is not perfect. Nice hunt!

VERY nice digs! A triangle base is on my bucket list, and has been there for 40 years....
