Since it has cooled down I have been getting out quite a bit more. I just wish the ground wasn't so dry and hard. I found a few more things on a hunt with a friend the other day. A pile of Wheat pennies, 1918 Buffalo nickel, 1911 V nickel, 1898 Indian head penny, 1957 Rosie, an old toe tap, IMG_0001.webpIMG_0003.webpIMG_0004.webpIMG_0005.webpIMG_0006.webp and an old 10 cent Colgate Palmolive token for shave cream from the 1930's. The token has been really abused, but still a cool find. I wish it was in nicer condition. Thanks for looking and may your coil center over great finds. Just so you realize the buffalo was toasted and I soaked it in a 50/50 solution of peroxide and apple cider vinegar. It did not come out of the ground the way you see it.
