Since it has cooled down I have been getting out quite a bit more. I just wish the ground wasn't so dry and hard. I found a few more things on a hunt with a friend the other day. A pile of Wheat pennies, 1918 Buffalo nickel, 1911 V nickel, 1898 Indian head penny, 1957 Rosie, an old toe tap,
and an old 10 cent Colgate Palmolive token for shave cream from the 1930's. The token has been really abused, but still a cool find. I wish it was in nicer condition. Thanks for looking and may your coil center over great finds. Just so you realize the buffalo was toasted and I soaked it in a 50/50 solution of peroxide and apple cider vinegar. It did not come out of the ground the way you see it.
