Just practice shots as the west wind is gusting so hard at times it's a little difficult to keep the camera still. Left the shutter open a while on the flag pic to give an idea of the wind.

haha! I ain't been that drunk in a long time. Speakin of bad decisions, I see where Climax has decided not to put up that lighted cross this year as it might offend someone. They didn't give the name of who it would offend, but NOT putting it up has apparently offended a bunch of the workers.
 
Very beautiful RG. I wish our little area would decorate more. Sadly, they don't really celebrate much at any time of the year. Only Happy Hour!

Most of the big operations have become very conscientious and follow the rules of political correctness these days. They have whole departments assigned to see to it these rules are followed. In Ouray the Jehovah Witness were offended by the choice words a shift boss was using and he got a verbal warning that it was offensive and to use better vocabulary in the future from now on or he'd be run off the hill.
