A first for me

I went to CWB this morning and there was no one hunting in the water or on the beach ,all morning it was like this. didn't find much ,$1.46.

Been beat to death. Time to think outside the box.

Five years ago we used to hunt there lots of times and see no one else detecting...not anymore...we see multiple hunters in the water every time we go...its usually the same 4 or 5 guys...Ill keep going there because every other beach is beat to death just as bad, so what are you going to do...I enjoy the day at the beach with friends no matter what we find...you never know when that next scoop might be the "big one"...we aint giving up.

I always find lots of coins there, Sunday I found $4.65 in change and a tungsten ring and 3 silver ears. I don't think it's where I hunt ,but how I hunt. I always find lot of change know matter what beach I go to.

last time I was there I was in the company of about 6 water hunters and about 10 in the dry...still came away with about $10 and a ring.
