🔎 UNIDENTIFIED A fossil or eye? What breaks your heart?

With everything going on around the cyber stalker I have managed to spend most of my week rock hounding for sanctuary. Today I found a heart to match my own. As I was walking along an eye looking up at me! Coolest little fossil.

Neat. Looks like an eye alright. Maybe a fossilized egg (white and yolk)? Or just a cool inclusion of some sort. A keeper either way, IMO.

No but I do love Lake Erie, haven't been since a trip to Cleveland a few years ago. This is Lake Ontario NY side. When the weather gets warmer I would really love to take a weekend trip to Lake Michigan to look for fossils and agate.
