A frigid explanation

Another very cold day here, I've watched an explanation as to why.
The begining of January we got hit with energy from a fast moving X1 Solar flare, nice Auroras!
The energy gets directed to the N pole magnetically.
That energy shattered the polar vortex, sending it everywhere S, unorganized.
Russia, England, Japan, USA, all experiencing colder than normal temps, with excess snow.
Don't fear, it Will eventually reorganize to a nice polar vortex again, mostly staying up were it belongs..

I doubt that had anything to do with it. X1 isn’t that big of a deal. Earth gets hit with X class flares all the time. It’s the plasma blasts that cause the auroras, and even those are pretty common. It’s cold because it’s winter.
