Our 9th President, who used a Log Cabin as a symbol in his campaigns.
Noted for being the first President to die while in office!

Cliff, excellent find, a nice piece of our history!

The button appears to be PC 149 in Albert's book: Log Cabin with barrel on right side at rear. 2 -piece with border.

beutiful find,congrats

Nice button. The Log Cabin was the symbol of the William Henry Harrison campaign for president in 1840. He has several other buttons that incorporate the log cabin into them. A very nice find. Keep it up.
