Decided to play around with the EOS for a few minures. Here are some pics from around and close to my wife's garden today ...


Honeybee on honeysuckle ... 55mm lens, really close!


I think she said they were petunias.


No idea, just liked the colors.


Tame blackberry bush blooming


I think this is thyme ... I know it goes good in creole style red beans and rice!

Thanks, but it sure took a while to get the diopter set correctly. My daughter was given the camera by my brother because the autofocus does not work. She got so frustrated with it she gave up and the camera just sat on a shelf for 2 years. Since it does raw, and my Fuji S1800 didn't, I asked her if she'd swap.

She still thinks she got the better deal ... LOL!
