had to find some sort of silver after the whooping the wife put on me and this was better than nothing. It was a ring of sorts, has 925 stamped inside but I don't see what it used to look like. May had had a stone in it, who knows. Had the two grandsons, 4 and six year olds helping me dig for treasure. they got excited about the clad pennies and the worms but thought the mangled ring was just metal scrap. I really thought that I was digging something like a zinc penny, the Nox kept reading 17 to 19 with the occasional 20. I was using Park 2. DL

Nice piece of silver! :occasion14:

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Good work, I hate to be negative, but she still has you, lol
Congrats buddy I'm glad your on the good silver finds!

Definitely a ring. You can see where the solder joints were and if put together there, you would have a setting for a stone or something else.
Good find! Silver is silver...

And silver is treasure mate, well done in finding this piece of it! :skullflag: :occasion14:

Yeah, she still has me big time but, I'll take silver even in the mangled form like this. Kinda like comparing a moped to a big Harley but it is still better than no silver at all. and I almost passed it up LOL.

The best part was finding it right before the two inch rain in forty minutes hit, a real soaker
