A Nice Asortment of Relics this Weekend!

I had a great time this weekend saving a little history! I went to a group hunt Saturday. & found a nice assortment of relics, the woods were very overgrown but there were some fantastic finds made. (just not by me!) 4 nice Confederate buttons came off of the site!

I had off today & went out with a few friends to a clear cut we got permission for, no research just pure speculation. A couple of nice arrowheads were found & we did locate an early 19th century home site that produced about 12 flat buttons. It was a beautiful day to get out, a PTO day well spent!
