I detected a place which goes back to the Revolutionary War but unfortunately I was not able to find anything quite that old. I still did fairly well though. Two wheaties (1918 and 1930) and a 90% silver dime (1959). Then I found a neat little pin and I know some letters and/or words are written on the circle part at the top but I need to get a new microscope to see it better. And then another nice item I believe is a front door to an old locket. Not sure if the letters are actually a name (Pat May) or they are initials for somebody. But it's neat because just below the letters are what I believe to be the date (4-1880). Could this be a birth date or death date? The locket could have held a little bit of hair or who knows what else? Pretty neat to think about. 8-)
