It means there is a lot of water flowing through that valley at times.
And if you are in a gold area ,Id do some panning by those big boulders.

yes,,you are right sir there is a lot of water falls around,,and its a gold mining area..and not only that,there are many signs there which i cud not able to get,i noticed in that area there are 3 big rocks in every miles we pass

Im not much of a believer of most signs, but then I have not studied the subject much.
I would say the round hole was made by water. Water and rock can bore a round hole over time.
But looks like you have a very nice area to explore.

You are right TAZ42o the hole is made by a swirling whirlpool eddy carrying sand and gravel. They are common in streams and rivers that are fast moving.

It means there is such a house in this area 50m to 150m around see carefully you will find some of there walls in that area/ ok
