Well today was a wash out as far as taking the MD out for a walk. So I got to looking through some of my coin books and came across my first silver discoverys. Circa: 1986.. had just bought my White's 6000 DI Pro. Still using it today.
Dont remember which one I found first. I dated most of my finds though. Probably the first silver i found was in my
Mom's yard in the form of a walking liberty with no date. An interesting bit of play money that was a twin of an article
in Treasure Serch Mag. Vol. 14, No. 4 July 1986. Page ten. Mailbag column. I wonder what its worth today? 14 silver coins for 1986..Thats what got me hooked. Still finding today, with the same detector, but not as much , because my time is used up by the Museum. Vist my web site if you have'nt. So something to take up a few minutes of your time, Enjoy!!!
