I couldn't find any on Ebay.com or on Ebay UK, so it must be a fairly rare game.

I wonder if this game was part of their contingency plan in case of an emergency. Today I am sure they would have been glad today to pull that card "Pay 1 Million", for the oil spill and have been done with it.
