A rare confederate friction primer oddball dud and some other stuff

I recently hunted my usual confederate artillery site and here are some finds I found. First find was this super odd friction primer. It's not like your normal friction primer that has a brass cap. This one was sealed off with lead(I provided the brass capped one I found). This leads me to believe the soldier either tried to refill it or it was made in an arsenal with low resources. Also it was a dud(possibly because of the lead seal). There was gunpowder left in it. Second find was this very heavy and thick skirt 3 ringer, weighting around 488 grains. It's a heavy varient which has better accuracy and not as common as your average Springfield 3 ringer. Last finds are these .44 caliber round balls.

Every time I find one, that’s exactly what comes to mind. Like unlike modern bullets that go right through you, this literally shatters your bone.
