Been working an older house I got permission to hunt by cutting her grass. Went there myself the first time and found a 1913 Wheat, 1905 IH, 1857 Upper Bank of Canada 1 cent token and a 43 Merc. I also found a cigar token. Took my son there tonight to finish up some areas that I did not cover and he pulls out a 1941 Walking Liberty Half. Moved on to a golf course that I got permission to hunt the fence line and got 8 wheats, 2 of which were a 1918, and a 1919S and a 41 and 27 merc. The ring and heart shaped pin were found by my son earlier in the day, both sterling. All in all a pretty good day since were going to go bass fishing and decided to go swing our e-tracs instead.

Nice coins. I like the two tokens.

I like the idea of mowing the lawn to get access to the old house, just hope you did not offer it to the golf course :laughing7:
cool toke!!!!

Congratulation!!

Both sides of the cigar token are pictured on Richard's Token Database - TokenCatalog.com - it is listed in Vacketta's Trade Tokens of IL as Chicago F25, but it as an asterisk by it. That indicates "unproven attribution" so a bit more research needs done before this one really has a home.
