A Road Trip and a Rarity

Well as some of you know I have been very busy as of late and not posted very much. I did go on a road trip with my father the other day and we did pretty well albeit not as well as the last time. We walked away with 5 rolls of 40%ers and 2 and 1/2 rolls of 1964 Kens. No Walkers or Bens but out of one roll we did manage to find a silver 1964 Phillipines 50 Centavo. A first for me. We picked up 700 in someones dumps at one bank and it was collection of uncerculated kens from 1980-98 as well as 1976. Had I had the extra money to spare I would have kept a roll of each to trade with y'all. There were both P and D but no S of course and no 1987. I did not take any pictures as my camera is broke and I was exhausted. Good luck to you all and happy hunting.

I don't think the 1964 Phillipines 50 Centavos is silver, I found one last year too and checked it out. Silver looking rim though, but it is nickel and brass composition.

Thanks guys. Mojo LOL you need no help my friend. You actually find silver dollars for goodness sakes. As for the Centavo. I could be mistaken but I think it is a phillipines coin and it is at least partially silver. I will have to post pics of this as soon as I can. HH
