Detector(s) used
2 x Excalibur ll, Excal 1000,
Four gold and a platinum in one day....:headbang: I don't post my finds very often, but I have not had a day like this for a long time!

The Russian ring ( I think) is marked 583 without the hammer and sickle. The craftsmanship on this ring is amazing it has 26 small diamonds? around the top and 1 in each of the double headed eagles claws.
It would appear that it is two rings soldered together as you can see through the scrolling.
Platinum is 999 a first for me I have found 950 and 900.
One of the other three gold rings is marked 916 (22K) The others have Asian marks on them.
All found in the water, with blue excalibur

Thanks for looking
Terry.

me too wow...that's some bucks...wtg..more in the future for you....

your 1 of my heroes ...good luck..

Boy what craftsmanship ! Congratulations !

Absolutely beautiful. Great finds!

Thank you all for your kind replies . I have found several top end rings that are far more valuable than the Russian ring.. but the craftsmanship is awesome.
The previous owner must really be pi##ed for loosing it. I did put some prestik on the top to cover the initials. Oh I forgot to mention all these were found in Asia.. were I am travelling on a sailboat.

Absolutely stunning...I'm a little envious of your detecting trip - must be a thrill to 1. Be traveling with a sailboat in Asia and 2. Having a detector with you and getting to detect some prime locations. That's just awesome 8) have fun and keep posting the goodies! :)

My banner vote is in! Congrats and thanks for sharing!

"This is a banner day for any detectorist!"

Living on a sailboat does have its pros and cons ( We don't have a house) , space is the biggest issue. I have 5 detectors aboard and my good lady is getting a bit agitated.
Most of the areas I am hunting have not had many detectors over them.
How do I add a photo to this thread
