First hunt after harvest & we are still in our 3rd heat wave. Therefore had to find land that was semi-ploughed.
Found a farm which had oilseed rape & had a small turn, making the dried lumps diggable.
Sorry for bad pictures, still trying to get to grips with the new camera macro function!

A glazed floor tile from the nearby Abbey, I've had 1 before & as there is nothing above ground no-one knew what the tiles looked like!
2 Roman Kiln Bars from the Roman Pottery industry.
3 Roman Coins
Medieval Buckle
Medieval Swivel bit

Beautiful Gallienus Antoninianus coin (Dianae Cons AVG) Goddess Diane/antelope.
The "XI" on a Gallienus coin is an officina (workshop) mark. It indicates that the coin was struck in the 11th workshop of the mint of Rome during his sole reign (260–268 AD).

I had it down as RIC 179, Sear 10201. (Göbl 747b) Sometimes referred to as an antelope.
