My dad and I have been hunting for a while. My dad's first significant find. Is this an abrader? Found near well known Indian settlement in riverbank. Love this website...it's a big inspiration! Still waiting to find our first full point. Thanks!

That looks very nice. There should be other artifacts where you found that....those things are usually not just laying about by themselves. You will always remember finding your first point. Good luck and welcome to our little family.

That looks very much like the kind of stone I found a few weeks back and ran in the what is it section. Not the same shape, but the same texture. Great find. Monty
