well your finding stuff now to improve the quality of what you find a bit of research about twhere things were and where folks hung out at locally pre 1965 will guide you to the better spots were the silver lurks -- to find it seek out where folks hung out in the days when --silver was in common pocket change -- the older parks and such --newer parks will have new coins it stands to reason -- unless the was old fair gounds there or something like that--- local research is the key to better finds -- the ace 250 can find great stuff I know -- I have one -- and find good stuff -- Ivan

Nice finds...I love my ace too!

Stoneseeker,

Yah that is a redish quarter. It was in really bad shape. I had to use peroxide on and then a high powered lamp just to read the date. The other quarter was found about twenty feet away and is in a lot better shape. Go figure.

Thanks,
Fishstank
