Hello all,
It finally warmed up enough today for me to get out and start swinging my new ace250. I was out about 3 hours just in my own yard and barely covered any of it. I think there are enough nails in my yard to build a whole new house with, lol. I was trying to get the feel of it by hunting in all metal but there were targets everywhere...literally. I put it on the coin setting and the second target I dug after switching it was a 1950 rosie...my first dug silver coin. I also found the neatest little green glass drawer pull with the screw still in it. The rest of the things I found were mostly crusty and rusty except for the green fork I broke in two while digging it, GRRRRR!!!! I know copper turns green but I really don't think the fork is copper. I took plenty of pics but the close ups of the rosie didn't turn out , I need more practice with the camera too I guess, oh well. Thanks for looking, HH all.
