I went back to the TS where I got the SUUNTO and found they added some watches to the $2 pile. Picked Up this running 21 jewel swiss Braille watch from the American Federation for the Blind. Didn’t Ray Charles own a watch like that?! For some reason I picture him checking the time by flipping open the case like that....off to do some research...

Ok, Jamie Fox as Ray Charles in “Ray” wore a braille watch. And I remember thinking it was so cool! And your is as well! Sweet score!

I remember a blind guy came to talk to us when I was in grade school. I recall him giving a demonstration on the wristwatch he used in his story about living blind. We would get speakers every now and then come and talk about their unique stories.
